Today I was traveling we are visiting a clients site during installation and on our way we had to stop in SEATAC for a hour or two.
While we were waiting we were looking around in a book store and in walks these two little girls, no older than 5 each. One was a black girl the other was a white girl and the little black girl turns to the white girl, points at a picture of President Bush on the cover of a book and then tells the other girl that Bush is evil because he kidnaps kids.
Being the twisted individual I am of course I immediately found this humorous, hearing kids say wierd crap is always funny but at the same time I realized something really really sad about the whole event. An adult had to have drilled it into this kids head that the President of the United States was evil because he kidnapped kids and that is pretty sick. It is one thing to have your own political views and maybe express them with your kids if they ask but keep it real.
The person who probably said that to the kid is probably the same type of divorced miserable person that as soon as his ex-wife leaves he tells his daughter what a whore her mommy is and that she is no good, etc. It makes me sick.
